I told you to put shading and highlights in the wings and also to make the thumb finger of the left wing smaller than the right one! ><; I ALSO told you to make the sword "glow" by colouring lightly around it with a big fuzzy brush --; Guess my advice sucks then.
Anyway, the background looks really nice. It suits. It'd look a weenie bit better if you put more darker shading here and there (especially in the stick trees... or whatever they are) along the sand/dirt dunes. It looks a little bland, you know? Or it could be the sky. Try a gradient from dark grey to transparent. It'll give a more definite feel to the thing. Also, highlight the hair a little. It doesn't look like light is actually there... because the hair looks a little blank...ish.
One more thing: his left hand and clothes (behind the wing) looks like it's not been shaded. It kind of ... takes away (?) the quality of the picture; like you decided to give up half way through or colour it half-heartedly. The solid colouring here doesn't suit with the soft shaded colouring found in the rest of the body and clothes.
Without going into further detail, I say that those were the only things that I'd like to bring to your attention. The pose, setting, background and colour scheme makes up for it though.
As well as credit.
... dragon wings. Nicely done.
-thumbs up-

OR
create new layer > gradiant from red to transparrent > set layer transparentsy to 15-35 id say but experiment.
I also think adding a gloss to the wings would look good
Use polygonal lasso to sepirate the wings from the rest of the image > layer via cut/coppy > createnew layer> With the wings selected in the new layer use a gradiant from white to transparent and lower the opasity.
All of this is off the top of my head, this is how I would do it anyway. Happy photoshopping!
